FreeRice.com

Have you heard of FreeRice.com? My daughter heard about FreeRice from school. FreeRice is an educational game and for each answer you get right, they will donate 10 grains of rice through the UN World Food Program to help end world hunger. There are different levels and subjects to interest everyone.

FreeRice is a non-profit website run by the United Nations World Food Program. Our partner is the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University.

FreeRice has two goals:

Provide education to everyone for free.
Help end world hunger by providing rice to hungry people for free.

I received no compensation for letting you know about this program. I just feel it is something we all should do.

What a great program! The kiddos and I will get on there this afternoon. My kids will love it and feel like they're making a difference!
