Thanks for stopping by my post. I have been wanting to find a coupon blog. This is a great place. I just need to study to learn how to use. Thanks so much. QMM
I tried this on Wednesday and the cashier wouldn't do it--said she would only take $1.90 off instead of $3.79. I asked for the manager, and she also refused to let me have both free. I said the store was giving me one free and the manufacturer coupon was giving one free. I pointed out that the manufacturer would reimburse the full $3.79 for the coupon (which states up to $3.99). She said rudely, "but I don't have to give you two sets of plates for free. I'm not gonna do it. I can take off as much as I want to on this coupon UP to $3.99, so I'll only do $1.90". Argh. So I asked if she would take the full $3.79 off if I bought 4 sets of plates instead of just two. At first she said no, but then she relented. So I bought 4, for a subtotal of $7.60, used the BOGO coupon to take off $3.79, and used a $1 coupon from the Dec All You for the other set, bringing my total to $2.79 for 4 sets, or about $0.70 each set. She still wasn't happy about it, and it wasn't as good as getting two free, but $0.70 isn't bad either, and we used them for hosting Thanksgiving and will use the rest when we host Christmas--since I don't have enough dishes for everyone!
