Hi! I have a coupon question. I have noticed on several blogs that people say you can use a manufacturers coupon from the newspaper with a coupon from the Walgreens August coupon book... but I thought that the monthly coupon books were also manufacturers coupons. You can only use one manufacturers coupon per item, right? Is this an exception? Thanks for helping me figure this out!
