eating healthy is key. understand what healthy means is also important. anything with fiber. cereals definitely help me. I love fiber one cereal bars too. I drink Slim Fast in the morning and either have a fruit smoothie or a bowl of cereal for lunch. Then I have whatever for dinner.

I try to eat mostly fruit, veggies and whole grains and stay away as much as possible from packaged and processed foods. But I still allow myself a small treat every day. Usually in the form of chocolate. Then I don't feel the need to binge cuz I know I can have more tomorrow.

I use a fitness ball as my office seating to help my core muscles and I'm all about portion control. Ha, ha, I just had a snack of Fiberone cereal just now.

My best tip to staying on track is to chew gum when I want something sweet. I also drink a lot of water and green tea and eat lots of fiber.
