I am a dental hygienist and mother of 3 boys.I recommend ACT mouthwash to many of my clients.Since many of us drink more bottled water than tap, we are not getting as much fluoride. I have noticed an increase in cavities in the last few years. Bottled water and water filters could be one reason.
